Colorful Easter Dessert Recipe: Rainbow Bunny Bark

This Rainbow Bunny Bark is an easy, no-bake Easter treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat! With swirls of pastel colors, crunchy mix-ins, and adorable toppings, it’s the perfect festive dessert for spring.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts

  • ½ cup pink candy melts

  • ½ cup blue candy melts

  • ½ cup yellow candy melts

  • ½ cup purple candy melts

  • ½ cup pastel-colored sprinkles

  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

  • ¼ cup crushed pretzels (optional, for a salty crunch)

  • Bunny or egg-shaped candies for decoration

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate – Microwave the white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Do the same for each pastel-colored candy melt in separate bowls.

  2. Create a colorful base – Spread the melted white chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Swirl in the colors – Drop spoonfuls of the melted pastel candy over the white chocolate, then use a toothpick or skewer to swirl them together for a marbled effect.

  4. Add toppings – Sprinkle the marshmallows, crushed pretzels, pastel sprinkles, and bunny-shaped candies evenly over the bark before it hardens.

  5. Chill and break – Place the tray in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until fully set. Once hardened, break the bark into fun, bite-sized pieces.

  6. Enjoy! Serve as a festive Easter snack, add it to Easter baskets, or package it up for a sweet homemade gift!
